Hello BiggerPockers community! My name is Sonny Patel, and I'm new to the real estate business. Currently, I am based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and run a insurance technology firm . I'm looking to learn more about the investment grade tenant NNN lease market, such as Walgreens/McDonalds. I have spent a lot of time learning about those deals, and wanted to reach out to the awesome BP community to understand how these deals are usually financed, especially with little money down as I am just starting out and only 21 years old! It would be great to find another investor who specializes in these NNN properties, as I am eager to learn fast and hopefully close my first deal by the end of this year!
