I have had good experience with Mr. K's Appliances. YMMV. They also deliver. Here is there website: http://www.mrksappliances.com

Hope this helps.

Disclosure: I am not affiliated with them in any way.

Here is I would do if I were you, as long as you find another deal, where numbers make sense, go for it. You may want to review your cash positions also. Remember every deal is different. Congrats on your first deal. Let me know if I can assist you in professional capacity. Cheers!

No, I sold the property to another investor with smaller profit. I wanted to stay focused on growing my local portfolio. I did meet a couple of good local investors though.

Good evening folks, So I pulled the trigger on an out of area deal and purchased a SFR. We plan to rehab and hold/rent this property. Me and my business partner are now looking for contractors to get the rehab started. The house we acquired pretty much requires gut job. Perhaps some of you fine ladies or gentlemen could recommend reliable contractors in Houston area? Many thanks. Shash
