No, I sold the property to another investor with smaller profit. I wanted to stay focused on growing my local portfolio. I did meet a couple of good local investors though.

Good evening folks, So I pulled the trigger on an out of area deal and purchased a SFR. We plan to rehab and hold/rent this property. Me and my business partner are now looking for contractors to get the rehab started. The house we acquired pretty much requires gut job.
