Thanks for the welcome William! Currently I own several townhouses, single family homes and an apartment building so I would like to invest in something along those lines since I am more familiar with that and would like something that has a cap of 12% annually.

Hello!

I am a realtor and investor in West Virginia and own several rental properties here and I am looking to expand and invest outside of West Virginia so I was wondering if you had any suggestions about where to invest or if you live in an area where real estate investing is doing really well and would like to partner up I would definitely be open to something like that as well. Thank you!
