i can't find the property owners name for a property i had found that looked vacant while i was driving around, is there other ways to find the homeowners ? help plz.

So ive went driving for dollars today and found a couple properties i thought looked distressed. I hopped online and tried searching for the property reports, which i did find... but can't seem to find the owners name, or a number. Does that mean the only option is leave a number or send mail to the property?

Thanks a lot jore, so much better to kinda finesse it then to just jump at em. And with the contracts... do I find an attorney to right that up for me or can I just do it my self??

I’m brand new and a lot to learn but I drove for dollars the other day and found a couple house I think are distressed houses... so do I just call and give an offer to those homes?
