Thanks, for the input, i have sent 7K and they have a reason for asking for more fees so I am getting concerned.

Has anyone heard of or have done business with this company, I started the process and they keep asking for more fees,

Shawn, Have an exit strategy before you make an offer on property. That way you know what your going to do and if the numbers work for that strategy then you can move forward. Hard money is probably your best way to get started due to you current situation. There's only 4 exit strategies is real estate investing.

Sergio, My first deals were flips, I'm not big on wholesaling. Make sure the ARV is good, as well as your rehab cost and carrying cost. I know when I started my rehab cost were little to conservative and I was losing the property cause I wasn't offering enough. Hope this help and good luck. S. Lee -- Virginia Beach, VA

Hello Debra,

Thank you for the reply, I have been working on a case by case basis with a realtor, I have set up my sphere of people to do the rehab work, but more options are great. I am not having problems finding properties, my main objective is to find funding to purchase and rehab properties. In the last few months I have set up 2 companies, a LLC for holding property and a C corp for flipping.

I am 4 months into the Real Estate Business. I am looking for funding to do buy, rehab, and resell to generate some cashflow. Aflter flipping 2-3 properties, my end goal is to buy, rehab, and hold, with a few flips
