Hi all

Hope you all doing good.

I have one question please if you know let me know because I am looking for loan and can’t decided whether stick with one lender or try multi lender.

How many times can I have my credit pulled for a mortgage?

I am worry if I pulled out many hurt many credit.

Is conventional loan available to first time home buyer for 4 plex ? Which loan is best for 4 plex ? Conventional loan or FHA ?

If u guys have 4 plex or triplex sell let me know.
