What are some title companies in Tennessee area who do assignments and double closings

Good morning,

My partner and I recently have moved into the Memphis Tennessee Market. We do everything out of state we are located in NYC. I would love some insight into the market as word of mouth is better then what is read online about the city. What are the pros and cons about investing in Memphis?

Why did you choose to invest there?

Would any one be willing to get into deals with us if a deal has come up?

We are still trying to connect with investors and rehabbers that are likeminded. If anybody has insight on the market and would like to share their success stories and or worst stories then please share away! Hope to hear from you all !

Thank you

@Michael Warinner

Everyone saying you need to go back to college and have a safety net is the reason they are being held back in life and not pursuing the most out of life itself. When you know you have a safety net you don't go full blast for your dream. Because you're not necessarily risking anything you have a degree to get you a job if your passion fails. If you wanna be a full time REI do it. There's millionaires being made every week. In today's society and world there endless ways of making money. The baby boomers believe college and a picket white fence is the way to go. It's 2019 times change, anything you put YOUR mind to YOU can accomplish.
