Ok, yes I will have to look more into "house hacking"; I must admit it is not a segment of real estate I have yet dove into. Do you have any favorite mentors you are following on Bigger Pockets that you think provide valuable knowledge or inspiration? So far, the community here seems so vast and supportive.

Hi everyone, 

I was brought here by the great YouTube video, "Investing in Real Estate with No Money Down", or rather fate? I'm currently studying Marketing - Sales at DePaul University in Chicago. Recently (2 days ago), I realized it may be a good idea to learn more about real estate in hopes of paying back some dreadful school loans, maybe some of you can relate? So far, my interests lie in learning more about wholesales, owner financing deals and buying property to rent back to students.

I'm new to real estate, learning from scratch so if you have any tips, tricks or wisdom, I would be more than glad to hear it. Especially, if this was your technique to becoming free of student loans.
