Ok, SC is going on the list. I like the potential of added value with appreciation. I'm in LA and the cost of living is through the roof. I'm into base hits and double but the margins have to make sense. Is there a multifamily market to consider there? Thanks again for your time.

Of course, like everywhere else, it's a function of knowing the market, specifically neighborhoods, services etc... Overall do you think Charleston is worth putting on my target list?
