So unfortunately, my relative's husband just passed away and she wants to sell her house because she doesnt want to live there anymore :( . She asked me to help her and I see this as an opportunity to start my real estate investing career. The house is said to be worth about 370k and the house doesnt seem to have any problems with the water, AC, or heater. How should I handle this to create a win/win outcome for both me and her? What do i need to know beforehand? Any type of advice would be great.

Thank you!

I know the subject may sound a bit naive only because I do consider myself naive when it comes to real estate investing. These past months Ive been reading on real estate investing but still do not have any idea on which strategy to go with to start. Any book recommendations or videos i should watch to just help me get my foot into investing?Currently living in the CA, and have below 2k on the side to invest into REI. The main thing i want to get out of this post is some advice on HOW to start asap, but in the most smartest way.

Thanks for taking the time in reading my post :)

Hey everybody! Name is Solomon living in CA at the age of 23. Dropped out of college only for the reason that it did not teach me anything financially and that's what's more important to me. After watching a video with an interview on Robert kiyosaki, he made it clear for me on what I should be doing and be more focused on, and real estate investing is one of the main ones. I'm currently reading the free guide to start, but If anyone is willing to drop some knowledge on me, im all ears (or eyes). Any type of advice would help. Thanks guys
