This deal is available, but the sellers are asking for $28,900 and are looking to sell soon, so they can take care of their mother who had to move from that house due to old age.

Understood, for Buy and Hold rent would be $1,200-$1,400 if they had military members rent, if they stuck with civilians they would make $1,000-$1,150 in rent.

@Brent Coombs  I don't totally understand why it came to that number, but just for clarification, the seller is selling to me for $102,446. I have not bought because my lender will only lend on 75% of the price.
