I have had a LLC in CA since 2006 but hate paying all the state franchise tax board fee's. Looking for some suggestions ( I wont hold you to your opinions if you are not a tax professional ) but at least what has worked for others. Not trying to reinvent the wheel just get my wheel rolling in the right direction.

So far I hear a Nevada LLC or something of those lines.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

Hello Everyone , I have been listening to BP for a while and decided why not jump in. I have also been a Realtor for 8years and now looking to get more active in the investment side. I have done a few deals for clients and now would love to try myself. In this market in CA things move fast but looking to build a good foundation and learn what I can while being actively looking for deals. I would be open to any suggestions for wholesaling , flips , and cash flow type deals to help build a reasonable REI business. Thanks
