Hello!

I'm on the board of my HOA and the administrative burden is starting to become a lot for my team. We're looking for someone to take over finances, maintenance, inspections and vendor management. All this was very feasible for us when everyone lived on the property however, now half of the units in the condo building are rentals and owners have moved away. This makes things like meeting contractors tough.

Open to any suggestions y'all may have.
