Solar Roof size is 13.2 kW. This system is cheaper than a nice new roof plus solar. In my case, I need a new roof, which is why I am getting the Tesla Solarglass Roof. The house will look incredible! Also, the roof will be a mixture of blanks and solar tiles, to take advantage of parts of the roof that are positioned the best. Thankfully, my roof is adequately positioned to produce a lot of electricity, an estimated annual production of 17,410 kWh!

I have solar panels on my rental. I want the Tesla solar glass roof on my primary residence. The roof is a work of art that no other solution compares to it. I’ve run the numbers and they make sense for my situation, since I need a new roof anyway. 

Why aren’t you a fan of the tiles?

Sorry for the late reply. Everything is going great with the deal. I still live in the house and making ongoing renovations, which aren't restricted by the arrangement. Will be adding a Tesla solar roof eventually and other cool features to make it something special.

Hi Guys,

I'm looking at this deal and trying to make a decision on whether to proceed or not. 

I took a look at the property today, and it's not far from me. The real estate market is expensive here, which is why I'm looking at it as a flip.

What do you think about this deal?
