I posted something similar in the real estate rookie podcast forum.

There was an episode of the podcast that featured a woman who had created a property management platform that allowed the owner to turn on/off features like maintenance services and subscribe for a flat monthly rate rather than a % of rent.

Any idea what that website was? Does any of this ring a bell?

Thanks for looking!

Hey BP People!

I'm a regular listener to the BP Podcast and the Real Estate Rookie podcast and love every minute of it. There was an episode (not sure which podcast it was but not too long ago!!) that featured a woman who had created an online property management platform (that maybe started in her garage if I remember correctly) that put the "power in the landlords hands" and allowed them to toggle features on an off whenever they please. These features include 24/hr maintenance request management, etc.

Does anyone know what episode I'm referencing or the platform!? I want to learn more about that platform and others like it.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks for looking!

Is it possible to BRRRR without buying cash up front?

I'm reading the BRRRR book by Greene and he states that cash up front and getting a loan later frees up money to put down on the next one. But, is it possible to pull cash out on property bought with a mortgage?
