Hi everyone!  My name is Brad.  I'm located in Long Beach CA.  I've actually had an account here for a while but lost way in real estate for a while.  I'm starting over from scratch learning about wholesaling as of this week.  If you have any pointers please send them my way.  Thanks everyone!  I'm looking forward to staying on track this time around.

About 6 months ago I was working with a couple of investors who do short sales. I remember them saying something about not being able to do a simultaneous. Is that a California thing? Or maybe a short sale thing? Now that I'm wanting to wholesale I’m worried about if this is something I’m going to have to worry about and if I will need to us a transactional funder or assign everything.

I will be starting my marketing for cash buyers and motivated sellers after Christmas.

I just signed up for this site today. I'm still trying to navigate around the site. I don't know if this is the place for intos, but....My name is Brad and I live in southern california. I'm brand spanking new to real estate. I am currently going through a couple different real estate investing education programs. Wholesaling is my primary focus at this time and I will expand from there. I will be doing a ton of searching on this site to acquire as much advice as I can. I am open to any help anyone can offer.
