Hello @Carley M. Congratulations! That's exactly what we are trying to do; get a 4 unit property using their REHAB program. We definitely know that this program is not easy but we are mentally prepared for it. Thank you and congratulations again.

Hello everyone. My name is Sobi and my wife I are in the beginnings of becoming real estate investors. We are from the Boston area. Right now we are just trying to get as educated as possible through this website and through local mentors. We began our real estate process with the NACA program which will help us get our first multi-family property. Our goal is to invest into multiple properties (residential and commercial), become consumer debt free, leave our 9-5 jobs, and eventually have an open schedule that will allow us to focus on family and the things that we love doing.
