Post: Getting Sellers to return your call

Found a vacant house owned by an attorney that lives in a small town in West Texas - 4 1/2 hours away from me. Found his phone number, called, answering machine. Next day his wife called me - yes he's interested in selling for around $XX,XXX. That number works really well. Have left several messages since then. No response. Actually drove to the town where his practice is only to find no one in his office. Left a signed offer with a hand written note in the mail slot in his door last Thursday. Still no response. All I want is to start a dialog with him so we can negotiate a sales price. Any suggestions on how to get him to return my call? Thanks.

hello Lubbock investors. I'm an investor from San Antonio and own a house up there that I need to sell. This won't be a grand slam for anyone but should be a great rental. It's in the South Mesa neighborhood on 77th street east of University. Very little work needed. Please send me a message if you're interested.

Thanks.

Paul
