@Sneheil Raj - Sure, happy to provide insight. I like Worcester since it is the fastest growing city in New England hence you have higher cash flow and appreciation liklihood. Fitchburg is a solid market, a ton of multis out there. I personally see more upside in Worcester but I know a ton of investors have success in markets like Fitchburg, Gardner, and Lowell. If you're looking for stuff around Worcester, happy to have my team help! We pretty much only work with investors.
