Hey New York can be competitive but you can overcome any completion of you have the right marketing strategy to reach to the right people. It's not easy but it's not as hard as you may think. New pocket and off market listings are out there everyday. I'm willing to network and exchange info on the market with like minds. Much wealth, success and happiness to you all. Derek.
