@Raymond Reyes The contractor I used for a recent project came from my property manager. However, I do not have the contractor's direct contact information.

agree that the meetup run by @Justin Brown is very good in terms of learning, and it’s free! There is another meetup run by Garrett Rhodes that’s pretty good too.

@Michael Junior Thanks for starting this thread Michael. I am struggling with the same dilemma and walked away from an off market deal. Now I am rethinking whether I have done it right - the numbers do work even at the price the seller is asking, and he is even willing to do seller financing.

Hello everyone, we are looking for hard money / private money lenders who can lend on commercial properties (5-10 units) in Lehigh County, specifically Easton, Bethlehem, and Allentown. Any recommendations?

Hi everyone, we own a property in Stone Mountain GA. The property had a large tree that was on the property line between ours and the neighbors. At the request of the neighbor (citing potential hazard of the tree falling on her house), we removed the tree for a handsome fee of $1,700. Now she wants us to pay for her fence which had to be removed in order to remove the tree, and before that we need to remove the tree stump - both jobs will cost at least thousands of dollars. We have already done the nice thing to remove the tree which was partially on her property (she didn’t contribute a dime). But now she is just pushing it too far. We are thinking about hiring a lawyer to deal with this issue, and wonder if anybody has a recommendation for a good attorney?
