Hello my name is Pamela, I live in the 90059 zip code. I am a Real Estate Investing newbie. I would like to sit down with someone that has MLS access to run some standard reports for me. The type of reports that I need are standard reports of the previous year activity and other information. I would like to run standard searches for criteria that needs to be discussed face to face with the Agent/Broker.

 I believe good records and the numbers will tell a story of where the most investment transactions occur and this will help me decide where to do concentrated marketing for motivated sellers.  If there is anyone in the BP community that is near my zip code that can help me I will be most appreciative.
