There is an opinion for everyone out there. The question has always been what is true and what is not. Of course, no one can predict exactly what is going to happen in the market, but numbers don't lie. I say keep investing. There is never a bad time for investors, only for speculators. Do your own research and modify your strategy depending on the market. Remember the most money is made during a recession/recovery/repositioning or whatever you call it. We have to ask ourselves if we are going to be a guppy who is easily fed and easily reproduces or a salmon that goes against the flow and ensure the survival of our descendants.

@Cher Li Jacksonville can be profitable for investors. The biggest problem is making sure you are investing within your investment box. What is good for some is not good for others. I know some investors who love to invest in low-income areas and wouldn't have it any other way. While others want to invest in only those areas that have great schools. If there is anything I can do to help let me know.

I thought JWB has all of that in-house. Is it that you do not want to utilize them?

I have seen this a lot of time on properties were the commission is going to be low. It is said that he is passing that on to you. I mostly see those when I am buying cheap houses. This is the reason why I go directly thru the listing agent. I wish you well. I am in Jacksonville also.
