Yeah the problem is I don't live in the US , I might come there after 5 years. I'm going to be an ACCA , I want to work for a couple of years , build up capital and invest them. I know that technically I don't need capital using the BRRRR strategy but for me to go to US and take care of all the expenses will be a lot. Till then I'm getting educated about real estate!

I do have a question though. How to do find the rental income of a property during analysing a deal. I know rentometer works but it isn't free. Do you know any free website?
