I've been going in the direction of wholesaling single family and a long term invest of multi family homes(4 or more). You got in at the right time for that 6 family. I just seen the rates POP up on July 5. I have been reading a lot and taking at a lot of information so with the knowledge they say just to jump in with both feet. I know I'm getting in the game a little late but ill make it work and maybe work some strategies that can bring me cash flow.

Like I said the 25k is the course which consist of all nut and bolt of the business. Plus 1 year of mentorship. They put up the $ for the property's and whatever profit after the flip we split.
