Good afternoon all! I am currently getting leads for my wholesale real estate business, and I can't do deals with all the leads I get. I am looking to connect with another wholesaler for co-wholesaling opportunities and an investor friendly real estate agent that could possibly work with the leads I can't do deals with. I would still be helping them (my leads) by connecting them with a great agent. If you have any interest in this please link up.

Hello all, I am a new investor looking to land that elusive first deal. I have started marketing this week in Rochester, NY, and I'm getting  a few phone calls already. I am looking to share these leads with another experienced investor who would be willing to co-wholesale an show me how to convert these leads and get better at analyzing deals. Again, these are quality leads from a direct mail campaign and other methods. We would co wholesale the deal and in return split any profits 50/50. So, I will bring quality leads and you bring proven skills and we can make some $$.. I would like to work with someone sooner than later, I have 3 leads waiting to talk Right now. I'm ready to work, I just want to be more productive than just busy!!

Hello all, My name is Sherrod McGowan. I am a new investor in Rochester, NY, I have been a student of real estate for what I feel is too long. I still consider myself new until  I get a few deals done.  I am now ready to take action. The burning desire has arrived. I am looking to network with other investors in my area. I definitely would love to gain a mentor, sooner than later.I listen to the Bigger Pockets Podcast regularly now. I found BP on a link from another website and have been a fan ever since. I am looking to start off doing some wholesale deals, and eventually fix and flips as well as buy and holds. For now I am focused on getting my first deal. I am  also open to co-wholesaling, I have a few buyers on my buyers list, as well as a couple lead resources.
