Hello to all,

I currently do insurance sales as a broker of course with several carriers. Although I enjoy what I do for quite a long time I've been interested in becoming a mortgage broker. Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on information.

So if Im able to take a property off of someones hands but for a good deal less than what its actually worth would it be a good deal to then work with a real estate agent and listed it at the actual marker price if I cant find someone to buy it

For the last month or so I've been trying to research the wholesale business when I have time. I don't think I want to invest in some of these webnair type programs because if they were really doing as well as they say they are I doubt they would be selling packages for 1 and 2 thousand dollars (but thats just me though)
But I have a very indepth ebook as well as having viewed several videos etc.. now they all talk about not putting money down and not risking your own credit but getting a property "under contract". I find it hard to understand how these people are getting others to sign contracts to sell their homes if they arent also signing it themselves.. Can someone please explain this for me
