Shaunna I will be glad to help you out with whatever information you may need. Mike I have been dealing strictly with residential lots for new homes and investments. I use to have apartments and was a landlord, but as you know that can also bring many headaches. I got out of that, and focused all of my efforts in buying and selling land which has gone really well for me.
