Post: How do I track down if covered parking should be part of condo purchase

Purchased condo for rental.  Purchase did not include covered parking space in mortgage, deed, etc.  However, talking with previous owner, it was part of that property.

How do I determine current or establish ownership?

Not sure where to start.
