I am hearing anecdotally that Stamford is becoming overbuilt. There appear to be extra discounting (months free rent) in the new condos south of I95, and more buildings north of I95 being built on Atlantic and elsewhere. One measure is to ask at the Trump Tower what the occupancy rate is.
