Thanks for the replies. The building is still there. I have not seen the inside but the outside looks pretty bad. it would make since that it needs to be torn down. The price is very low but I don't think the area could support a complete rebuild.

Hello, I had noticed a property that is bank owned and on the banks site they are selling it as "Land Only", but they have it listed on real estate sites for sell and it states it is a studio 0bed, 2 bath. What would be their reasoning for listing it as "Land Only" if it has a building on the property?
