Great job, Dan! My husband and I have been talking about investing for years. I finally decided that it's time to educate myself as much as possible and go for it. Going through with it is going to be terrifying and rewarding at the same time. Thanks for sharing your story...it's definitely inspiring.

Thank you, Paul! I will look into your suggestions. I learned a lot from J Scott's podcast about getting started in the flipping business so I definitely plan on purchasing his book.

Keith, I typically stay in Central Brevard (Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Rockledge, Cocoa, Viera) but I will certainly work with clients in north and south Brevard as well. The majority of my clientele are buyers. As for my own investments, I plan on flipping houses to begin with. I'm still doing tons of research and getting all of my ducks in a row before I actually purchase my first property.
