I'd seen a bandit sign around my area of a wholesaler looking for someone to buy a house. I wrote down his number hoping that maybe we could partner up on the deal. What should I say or how should I go about the situation when I talk to him on the phone as far questions to ask?

So what kind of list did you call? FSBOs or another type of seller?

Hello BP, my name is Leo Carter I live in Dallas. I started RE when I was 23, but I got out of the game.
