Just wondering has anybody tried or thought of using Zillow offers or any other ibuyers as a cash buyer? Just wondering if it’s possible.

Yea I know of him, actually had a chance to speak with him a few months ago. I’m 2 hours away in Augusta. I’m referring to my local market.

@Ron S. St Garn Germaine Act covers trusts and as for as insurance I’ve been told just become an

additional insured on existing insurance policy

@Ron S. Thanks for the incite but long as I pay the mortgage, have it in a trust, and am on the insurance I’m not worried about due on sale clause.
