I know building up cash value for infinite banking takes some time, but has anyone utilized this in order to begin their investing journey? I have been looking at setting one up in order to use my money twice and pay myself back rather than the bank. What are some Pros and Cons to this if you have utilized this strategy?

Hi everyone, I am still waiting to pull the trigger on my first properties and it got me thinking. Is there anyone else who invests in the Detroit Area that would recommend certain areas of the city to steer away from? I see a lot of properties in Detroit that are good potential cash flowing rentals, but I'm not quite sure of which areas to stay away from. If anyone has any experience in this area I would love to chat sometime!
