Looking for: Partner located in my home state of Michigan (I currently live in Phoenix)

Looking for a 50/50 partner who can match my down payment/closing and reno costs

Open to BRRRR or Multi/single fam/ rentals

Looking to close within 1-3 months

Preferably “C” or better neighborhoods in Lansing/Metro Detroit/West Michigan/Northern Michigan.

I estimate just my living space in my area based on similar comps tobe about $700-$850

So that would put my total income to $2850-$3000

Hello, I am a new into real estate and have been educating myself for about a year in real estate investing. I have decided the best option for me is the “live in and rent” model. I am also open to the brrrr model. My question is what area of Phoenix has the highest price-to-rent ratio for single family homes as well as a low vacancy percentage? Does anyone have a good website/resource in finding this information? Thank you!
