I’m in New York and I’m looking to invest in an entirely different market; like Pennsylvania, New Jersey or maybe further south.

How do I get a property under contract being hours away?

What are some things I need to check off before investing in a market other than my own?

What’s up BP!?

I’m trying to figure out strategic ways to raise private money. I know some people with capital but how do I get them on board? Whats the best method of attraction that’s going to make them say “I’m going to invest with him”. Besides confidence, trust, and an attractive presentations what’s going to make this person say I’m going to invest my funds.

Or let’s say it’s a stranger and not somebody I know how do I get them on board with me? If you’ve done this before I’d absolutely like to hear from you!

So true Spencer educating myself until the point I'm comfortable pulling the trigger is vital in this process.

So at this point I accept failure with open arms But I feel I’m not pulling the trigger because I want to fail without losing a bunch of money. So my question is how do I manage my risk, Is it only my exit strategy that’s can save me?
