For some reason I can not find an insurance provider in Tampa FL to a house I wish to rent to unrelated individuals using one contract.

Any potential solutions?

Gary , regarding the extension life of the roof without a gutter, the roofer is claiming that since the water don't move down in a clogged gutter it is ultimately damaging the roof, soffit and fascia.

I just replaced a roof.  My roofer recommends to remove the old gutter for the following reasons:

Tenants are not cleaning gutters and as a results the fascia and soffit will be damaged.

Without a gutter the roof will last more years

On The other hand somebody told me that without the gutter the water flow from the roof can damage the foundation of the house

Any Input will be appreciated

What is the best way to identify markets I can concentrate on in order to implement SFH brrrr strategy?

Are there any tools  I can use I can use blogs I can follow, web sites, magazines and so on?

I am looking for markets that are growing, Have a good employment opportunity and price points that are up to 120k cost

I would like to start buying SFH from wholesalers for the purpose of flipping (I am self-financed)

1. In what ways the process of buying from a wholesaler is different than buying from any other owner?  

2. I was told that sometimes the purchase is not done with a title search and title insurance, is that true?

3. When buying from a wholesaler Are there any unique risks and if so how can I mitigate them?
