What are you good at? We are putting together a team that will allow us to handle flips in your area,remotely. These houses usually need HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades as well as cosmetic upgrades.

we are buying the house and plan to wholesale after cleaning it out. My question is whether or not we can can increase the wholesale value by doing a lot of the demolition first. I already know its going to need plumbing and wiring work

we are buying a hoarders house to wholesale.  We were going to just clean it out but we were wondering if it might be worth it to take it back to the studs?
