Hi Brad,

What are you good at? We are putting together a team that will allow us to handle flips in your area, remotely. These houses usually need HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades as well as cosmetic upgrades.

I'd like to know where you see yourself fitting into this group.

Bill

We are looking for a realtor in the Port Huron, Michigan area to help us find REO's and foreclosures. Can anyone reccommend someone who really hunts for opportunities and is aggressive and responsive?

we are buying the house and plan to wholesale after cleaning it out. My question is whether or not we can can increase the wholesale value by doing a lot of the demolition first. I already know its going to need plumbing and wiring work

we are buying a hoarders house to wholesale.  We were going to just clean it out but we were wondering if it might be worth it to take it back to the studs?

When you hear a radio ad from Than Merrill of A&E's Flip this house, that's Fortune Builders. We got some good direction and advice from our coach in 10 phone sessions, but it was really the 10G's that it cost that kept us going. There is also a $25000 level(Mastery)

which we didn't go for(thank god). In retrospect, we probably could have found out most of the info from biggerpockets for free

My Name is Bill. My wife Lisa and I started our investing company last year. But we have only completed two deals. We spent a bundle on Fortune Builders, only to find that its biggest benefit was to commit us to making it work.

What we do: Flipping and wholesaling

Who we're looking for: Contractors

Lisa got her Real estate licence this summer. We're serious !
