Sale price: $1,700,000

For this property, I was responsible for representing the buyer on the purchase, then project managing the renovation, then representing the seller on the sale.

Small multi-family (2-4 units) commercial investment investment.

Sale price: $2,400,000

I was responsible for tenant relocation after the buyer purchased the property. Then handled the project management during the renovation. Then did the property management and restocked the building with tenants. Once stabilized, I represented the seller as the listing agent.

Hi there everyone! 

So like the title says, I am a young guy (28), living in Los Angeles, hard working (Real Estate Agent /Assistant on Multi-Family properties) , have no credit or debt, and want to start investing in either flips or income properties... The problem is funding... How do I fund the first few projects? I'm sure there is a way, just haven't found it yet... Will continue searching for the answer.
