    Joe Neilson is taking the real estate market by storm. He is a real estate investor who started at the age of 61 who has bought, renovated and rented over 65 properties in the last 7 years! After purchasing house after house and producing remarkable cash flow for each property over the last 7 years.

    Joe shares his experiences from failure to success and how he did it! After 7 years of investing his net worth is 3 Million and has a net profit of $22,000 a month!

    At this meeting our guest speaker will discuss:

    • At 61 when he should've been thinking about retirement, Joe found the drive to start over and begin investing in real estate
    • In only a couple years he was able to build a portfolio of over 60 rental properties
