for a 10 unit off market property, Seller agrees to carry note for 45% of the value.

 Does conventional lenders finance if seller carry the  note for some portion ?

Need some help with understanding Laundromat lease.

Does lifetime auto renewal lease stand legally ?

In this case, the lease was signed in 1988 by previous owners. Renewed automatically for every 7 years, with only the laundromat having the option to cancel it.
