HML recommendation in Northern California. Preferably if you have done more than more than 5 deals with them. Thanks!

@Jeff S.

Thank you @Jeff S.

Very helpful. Also, I need to know if a partnership agreement or a private load documents need to be prepared by an attorney (customized), or there are templates available that can be used. Thank you!

To start my fix and flip business I need money, and I have to have an LLC to be able to borrow money from HML. I know about all misc. expenses that come with creating an entity like an LLC. What do you think?

I found a person who is willing to make some investment in my future fix and flip real estate business (private money). Basically I don' t want to do a project as joint venture. He wants collateral for his investment. My question is what is common in the industry for private money cases like this. What should I do? Any recommendations are appreciated.

Thanks!

I live in California and I am planning on starting fix & flip business in California. Need some advice on setting up a single member LLC.

Is it a good idea to use Incfile website to setup a single member LLC? I want to make sure I do it right the first time, so I have maximum protection. Should I setup an LLC in California? or I should create a foreign state LLC in Wyoming?

Thanks!
