David,  Thanks for the reply.  At this point, I'm just looking to track my expenses.  We plan to take on a second project soon so I will need to keep the two rehabs separate.

My family and I are in the middle of our first real estate investing deal.  We are fixing a foreclosed house we bought and plan to sell it in the summer.  We are having trouble keeping our expenses in order.  What business software is effective/popular for real estate investing?  Thanks in advance.
