Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Berea.

Purchase price: $770,000
Cash invested: $300,000

First house hacked for 2 years then moved out and converted to mid-term rental.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

First property purchase, didn’t want to pay mortgage so decided to house hack.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I was looking for a primary residence at first with no intention on it becoming an investment property.

How did you finance this deal?
