Is there any agent in Vancouver that's familiar with the Airbnb market? Especially in the downtown area.

It's impossible to get cashflow in Vancouver, but I found that there might be some old leasehold condos in DT Vancouver with cashflow.

Is there any pros and cons for buying a pre-paid leasehold?

What happens when the leasehold is over?

Is it difficult to get a traditional mortgage? what about a mortgage with 5-10% down.

Any other thoughts on leasehold?

house hacking basically impossible with a 20% down, but you can definitely rent hack. My family rents one of those big houses with lots of bedrooms, we rent out the bedrooms and it covers the rent.

Anybody have experience investing in hotel units? What's the pros and cons? I live in Vancouver BC so it's impossible to find cashflow nearby, but hotel looks like it can actually cashflow.

I want to buy a condo in Vancouver that's under 1m so I can pay less downpayment. However, I do not have the income requirements to get the loan approval. My plan is to either do airbnb with the property or rent it out long term. Is there anyway around the income requirements?
