I have been interested in getting more involved in the Grand Rapids market for a while now. I grew up in GR and have friends/ family who invest across the Midwest. Since graduating HS in 2017 I have done everything from cleaning AirBnb's, helping demo and renovate houses, managing self-storage facilities, even a side business doing junk removal, power washing, painting, handyman work, etc.

I started renting a place with some friends downtown and I now live in one of the hottest zip codes in the area. I am smart with my savings, investments, and credit but still lack the capital to wholetail, fix and flip, or house hack. Is wholesaling in Grand Rapids feasible? With my background and skillset, I think I could generate some valuable leads and I am always looking for ways to build my network and help wherever I can.

I am not dead set on the idea, just looking to get some opinions.

Thanks in advance!
