Connecticut landlord here. I have a former post and the lady has been super difficult to deal with for the simplest of things. I am done with her so I do not want to send her any of the invoices details. Can I tell her that I'm just not sending it to her? I have everything and all legit charges, but at this point I just need her to send me a forwarding address so I can send her the remaining funds.

Thanks in advance. I'm lost without the BP community.

My former tenant is refusing to give me her forwarding address. She is having the mail forwarded from her ex apartment, but I cannot track that or know when she has received it. Should I just send it though there or make her give me the forwarding address? I am in Conneecticut fyi.
