Two of equal ownership members will be removing themselves from our partnership LLC and will only play a role as investors in the future. The issue is all current partners own rental properties with mortgage tied to them. Any suggestions on what is the best way to go about this? They have agreed that we can buy them out based on equally paying out the current equity on the properties if this is an option. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
