Dear all, my name is Max and its great to be here. I studied Finance undergrad and got my master in Real Estate Development, always worked in the RE field for the past 10 years, mostly Private Equity, Development and Investment Advisory, all Commercial properties. Always wanted to start something on my own, but got too comfortable with a stable paycheck... until recent, watched some videos on YOUTUBE and decided to give it a try - to be my own boss and hopefully retire after 5-10 years with a portfolio of income producing properties. Currently licensed RE broker in CA and NY, with years of experience, lives in NY area, ready to go all the way, with some savings, in the process of formulating an investment strategy... will need all the help I can get here.
